LEADERSHIP: The Experience 4 is now open for registration

LEADING IN CHALLENGING TIMES

Given the current economic climate, emerging, new and current leaders across all workforce sectors are facing unprecedented challenges in effectively leading staff, workgroups, teams or organizations as a whole. Within leadership, there continues to be a struggle to define “skill sets” that could significantly help leaders meet and overcome the challenges they lead. The urgency is greater than ever to develop the crucial skills sets of today’s leaders.

This is the 4th year for our LEADERSHIP: The Experience event. The past 3 conferences was a great success. To make our training fit your needs, this year we are having 7 leadership development sessions instead of one conference. The first 4 sessions are now open for registration.

Session one: LEADERSHIP AGILITY: MANAGING AND LEADING CHANGE
Session two: EMPLOYEES ENGAGEMENT: KEEPING EMPLOYEES ENGAGED AND CONNECTED DURING TURBULENT TIMES
Session three: LEADING FROM ONE’S MORAL COMPASS
Session four: NEW HABITS OF MIND FOR NEW SOLUTIONS
